Francesco Botto is a sociologist and Information Systems Researcher that entered CREATE-NET in september 2006. He is PhD in Information Systems and Organization at the Department of Sociology of the University of Trento and he worked for years as an innovation consultant and action researcher at the Computer Science laboratory (LIIAO) of the University of Trento. Specialized in participatory innovation issues like Participatory Design and Change Management, he is particularly interested in local development issues from the socio-technical point of view. Francesco is an expert in Social Studies of Science and Technology, he is member of the STS-Italia and he participated for years to national and international conferences like EGOS (European Group of Organization Studies), AIS (Associazione Italiana di Sociologia), IRIS (Information systems Research In Scandinavia). |
