CREATE-NET supports the R&D of CULTWAyS
CULTWAyS (CULtural Tourism WAys through mobile Applications and Services) is a new European project coordinated by Trentino Sviluppo.
The project aims to develop by the end of 2013 a mobile application platform able to support tourism in rural areas with
geo-located services and information. The information provided will include travel suggestions, virtual guides, tourist paths,
exhibitions, shows and much more.
Four partners from Italy, Germany, France and Spain will work together on the project with Trentino Sviluppo. The project was funded by the EU for a total of 500.000 euro.
CREATE-NET won the bid published by Trentino Sviluppo to support the R&D of the CULTWAyS platform. In particular, CREATE-NET will design the platform and supervise the development work that will be assigned to a software company in Trentino.
